Performance Practice
I aim to utilise my body as a performance tool, a performance process and as a form of self-empowerment. I’m particularly interested in centering the female body as a site of re-invention, and embodied engagement with trauma, snapping, survival, care, and defiance.
Through symbolic gesture, movement and engagement with props, I wish to communicate potent lived experience, and how we practise care and mutuality.
Currently, I am developing a live performance exploring these themes with artist Caitlin Shepherd (God Is a Smothering Overflowing of Everything I Couldn’t Take, 2026- Ongoing), as well as my ongoing filmed performance BURN(OUT).
